We take pride in using only tea leaves produced through traditional manufacturing methods. For matcha, we exclusively select high-quality leaves that have been shaded for more than 20 days before harvest.

With over a century of expertise, we meticulously select the highest quality organic teas. Organic tea cultivation, in particular, is more challenging than conventional farming, as it requires meticulous care in fertilization and weed control without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Additionally, even tea leaves of the same variety and harvest season can have price differences of more than five times depending on their quality. However, our long-earned experience has anabled to carefully select and procure only the finest tea leaves.
