Marusan Koroen
Founded in 1895 by Hisakichi Enoki in Uji, the historic birthplace of Japanese tea.
For over 130 years, our legacy has been defined by uncompromising craftsmanship, refined discernment, and enduring trust.

Reasons Why We Are Chosen
A Century of Trust
Since our founding in 1895, we have received numerous honors and built a long and enduring history.
Rooted in Japan’s most distinguished tea-growing regions, we bring authentic Japanese tea to the world with refined discernment, pride, and a strong sense of responsibility cultivated across generations.
Traditionally Processed Japanese Tea Leaves
We take pride in using only tea leaves produced through traditional manufacturing methods. For matcha, we exclusively select high-quality leaves that have been shaded for more than 20 days before harvest.
Our Proffesionalism
Expert Selection
With over a century of expertise, we select only the finest tea leaves through a refined and disciplined eye.
Even tea leaves from the same variety and harvest can differ greatly in value, and it is our generations of experience that allow us to choose only those of true distinction.
Our Proffesionalism
Blending Expertise
Blending techniques are a hallmark of Japan’s long-established tea houses.
Our techniques, passed down through generations, has been refined to create superior teas. By closely analyzing the flavour, color, and tatse of each tea leaf, we skillfully craft blends that bring out the best characteristics of each component. This makes every blend we offer only and unique.
