Refund policy

Generally, all sales on this website are final. However, returns and exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis in situations where the product is defective or damaged. Returns or exchanges based on personal preferences are not accepted.

Please be sure to take clear photos as evidence, and contact us at info@marusan-koroen.com within 2 week of receiving the product, along with the receipt. We will assist you with the issue.

Once an order has been shipped, ownership of the product transfers to the purchaser. We are not responsible for any issues if the purchaser enters the wrong shipping address, and the package fails to reach the intended destination. Please ensure that the shipping address is entered carefully and accurately. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot accept changes or cancellations, except in cases of defects, damages, or incorrect shipments.
