Our matcha is made from high-quality first flush tea leaves and is certified with the Japanese organic certification, JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards). It is produced using the traditional Japanese method of covering the tea plants for 20 to 30 days before harvest.
Appearance: Vivid and deep jade green, with an ultra-fine and fluffy texture.
Aroma: A rich, toasty aroma reminiscent of roasted nuts, offering a mellow and calming fragrance.
Taste: Gentle umami unfolds gracefully from the first sip. Remarkably smooth with minimal astringency, followed by a long-lasting, creamy finish.
