Our matcha is made exclusively from high-quality first-flush tea leaves. Using a traditional Japanese cultivation method, the tea plants are shade-grown for 20–30 days prior to harvest, allowing their natural umami and smoothness to fully develop.

How to drink Usucha: Enjoying the light matcha
