Our matcha is made from high-quality first flush tea leaves and is certified with the Japanese organic certification, JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards). It is produced using the traditional Japanese method of covering the tea plants for 20 to 30 days before harvest.
Appearance: A slightly bright green hue with a delicate luster. Fine powder with a smooth, silky texture.
Aroma: A harmonious blend of refreshing notes reminiscent of green leaves and a warm, nutty toastiness.
Taste: Clean and refreshing on the palate, with little to no bitterness or astringency. Gentle umami unfolds smoothly.

How to drink Usucha: Enjoying the light matcha

Step 1
Put 2grams of matcha into your matcha bowl

Step 2
Pour 60ml of hot water at 80℃ into
the bowl. -
Step 3
Whisk the matcha quickly for 15seconds making an M shape.
